Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. He is also director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is deeply committed to training the next generation of biblical counselors. The Board of Directors he serves on is as a Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne is the father of three children to the wife Leslie.
